At Epicure Enterprise INC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.

To request a refund, please email us at support@epicureinc.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return a product and receive a different item, you must request a refund for the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
